complex. It is located at the beginning of the town of Pomorie, 200 meters from
the beach and 50 m from the local aqua park. On the territory of the complex
are located Balneo & Spa Center, Gym, Mini Golf Course, Outdoor Pool, Pool
and Lobby Bar, Main Restaurant, BBQ Restaurant, Children's Garden, Conference
Hall, Underground Garage.

Built in 2007 and last renovated 2015, 1 building, 6 floors and 4 lifts,
150 units. Main restaurant, a-la-carte restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, conference room (80 seats), shop, room
service, currency exchange, rent a car, safe deposit box for rent. Free Wi – Fi
connection. Medical care (extra charge). There is access to the common areas of
the hotel for disabled.

furnished apartments.

App 2-bedroom (4+2, max 4ad+2ch / 5ad) appr. 70-100 sq.m,
Living room and 2 bedrooms, Double and regular bed, extendible sofa.

 

In all units: AC, TV, sofa bed, kitchenette (oven, forks, spoons,
cutlery, plates, cups, microwave), dining table and chairs, bedroom with
wardrobe and dressing table, bathroom with shower or bathtub or both and
toilet, towels, balcony with table and chairs, extractor, ironing board and
iron.Cooking is not allowed in the apartments.
