Our apartments are located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
We do not have a physical reception in the building, so the entrance will be autonomous with security codes that will be shared on the day of check in once the check in is complete.
For this, we need you to contact us days prior to arrival so that we can provide you with the online check in link that all guests must complete. Without this registration, we cannot provide access codes.
The official check in time is 3pm. If you arrive earlier and your apartment is not ready, we can store your luggage in one of our nearby hotels for you to enjoy the city while we finish preparing it.
