The architectural style is the traditional “Sobrado” house, a remain from the Portuguese colonies a beautifully restored historic home in the heart of Mindelo. The interior is carefully selected, wooden, kept the original aspect of the house. Perfectly located in a quiet residential street within meters of the Presidential Palace and the cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops of Rua Lisboa (Lisbon street). The breakfast is served in the central courtyard or roof terrace - we offer a copious range of local produce; fresh bread, papaya jam, goat’s cheese, cereals and a selection of juices, teas, or coffee.We also have a secluded courtyard (Quintal) with a plunge pool and a private roof terrace with views over the city and Monte Cara.We have a private plunge pool in the secluded inner courtyard of the house. The pool measures 5 m x 3 m and is 1.5 m deep. It has a submerged seat running around the perimeter and is ideal for cooling off with a cocktail after a hot day in Mindelo. The accommodation is very flexible and the house can sleep a maximum of 18 guests in 9 separate rooms and is ideal for couples, families, and groups.
