It owes its name to Maestro Turchetti, a distinguished musician who taught there and later turned it into an academy for musicians.
Just a few metres away from the ‘Belvedere’ square, it is located in the heart of Taormina in an almost barycentric position between Porta Messina and Porta Catania.
