If Man is the size of his dream, Sapientia Boutique Hotel has the infinite dimension of our will and our passion.
This is a project shared by two couples: André Sardet and Catarina Mesquita Dutra and José Manuel Portugal and Maria Israel Portugal. With areas as diverse as music, engineering, journalism and education, we share the same challenge of restoring three interconnected buildings with architecturally distinct features and transforming them into a personalized hotel.
Located in the heart of “Alta Coimbra”, very close to the University of Coimbra, this project enjoys the privilege of being the only hotel in this area considered by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
